Dr Kerry Farrell
Kerry grew up in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and pursued gymnastics at the Victorian Institute of Sport for most of her schooling years. It was because of the high impact that elite sport had on her young body that Kerry became interested in Chiropractic. It was Kerrys' experience as an elite level athlete that with Chiropractic care she felt stronger and more flexible after treatments which she believed led to improved performance at gymnastics. It was because of her experience with chiropractic as an athlete that she decided to pursue a career in chiropractic.
Kerry completed her Master degree in chiropractic in 2010 at RMIT University in Melbourne. She was awarded the Adam Hyland Memorial Scholarship by Kiro Kids in 2011 and has been studying her Master of Paediatric Chiropractic degree under the academic supervision of Dr. Neil Davies. Kerry has always had a keen interest in paediatrics since a young age, her number one goal being to provide the highest quality of care for her little patients. She is passionate about chiropractic and finds her work extremely rewarding.

It was during his studies that Jason was introduced to NIP which made sense to him as a chiropractor who understands the importance of optimal neurological function. He keeps active by road and trail running and in his spare time Jason enjoys being outdoors with his family. Jason is very excited to be joining the Kiro Kids community.
Dr Lisa Young
After suffering with a chronic illness for more than twenty years, Chiropractic helped me to get my life back. After experiencing the amazing benefits of chiropractic, I decided to give up my job as an architectural draftsperson to become a chiropractor myself so that I too could help people to live their lives to the fullest.
I grew up on my family’s farm in the Macedon Ranges area and have been lucky enough to continue living a rural lifestyle with my husband at Gordon. I am a keen horse rider, and enjoy coaching young riders and judging dressage throughout the district.
At the end of 2016 I graduated from RMIT with my Master of Clinical Chiropractic degree and am now thrilled to be working with Dr Neil Davies and the team at Kiro Kids. I am particularly interested in the areas of nutrition, stress reduction and neurology. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in these areas whilst serving the Ballarat community.

Dr Rachael Cripps
Dr Rachael Cripps grew up in the United Kingdom and graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2012 with a Master degree in Chiropractic. Rachael developed a passion for paediatric care whilst studying, and after meeting Dr Neil Davies at an NIP seminar she was inspired by the technique’s precision.
She soon decided that NIP was the way of the future and that paediatric care was her primary focus. After completing her undergraduate training in the UK, she was awarded the Adam Hyland Memorial Scholarship by Kiro Kids in 2013. Rachael packed up her partner and her dog and headed across the ocean to Australia where she has since been working full-time in Kiro Kids Horsham clinic and has been studying toward her Master of Paediatric Chiropractic under the academic supervision of Dr Neil Davies.
Rachael has thoroughly enjoyed becoming part of the Horsham community and looks forward to providing chiropractic care for years to come.
Dr Ronel Jacobs
Ronel grew up in rural South Africa. She obtained her Master degree in Chiropractic from Durban University. In 2008 Ronel was introduced to NIP while attending a course presented by Dr Neil Davies on one of his many lecture tours of South Africa. This initial exposure to the NIP way of thinking about the human body changed the trajectory of her professional life as she finally found a treatment technique that resonated with her own understanding of how the body reacts to internal and external environmental stress. With much enthusiasm she attended the international symposiums on functional neurology presented by Kiro Kids in different parts of the world every 2-3 years. As she developed her expertise in NIP she came to realise how much more could be attained in a NIP dedicated group practice, so, she decided to give up her successful private practice in regional South Africa to join the team in Horsham.
Ronel is married with two daughters and enjoys running and going for walks with her family. In her free time she loves doing creative activities with the two girls. Ronel is very excited to be part of the Horsham Family Health Care community.
